Presentation
Exchange students are recommended by their home universities, which must have a formal exchange agreement with Titu Maiorescu University. In general, universities can take part in two types of exchange agreements (bilateral agreements and agreements between groups of universities), which may develop at either a central or a faculty/department level. In both cases, students who want to apply for exchange mobilities must have the consent of their home universities.
Bilateral agreements
These are agreements of collaboration, which are made directly between UTM and another institution of higher education, at the university level or even between faculties. Students coming from universities with which Titu Maiorescu University has a bilateral agreement can apply. Application is done through your home university.
LLP/ERASMUS
LLP/ERASMUS is a programme for student exchange within the European Union, the European Economic Area (Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway) and all the Associated Countries in Central and Eastern Europe.
Prospective LLP/ERASMUS students are eligible for admission to Titu Maiorescu University if their home university has an LLP/ERASMUS agreement with Titu Maiorescu University and they are citizens or permanent residents in a member state of the associations mentioned above. They apply through their home university.
