In attention of the candidates for the admission contest, citizens of EU Member States, European Economic Area, the Swiss Confederation, and non EU States

Titu Maiorescu University organizes admission contest for bachelor programmes in two sessions, July 2017 and September 2017, as follows:

  • July 26, 2017, at the faculties of Law, Psychology, Informatics, Finance-Banking and Business Administration, Social, Political and Humanist Sciences, Pharmacy;
  • July 27, 2017, at the Faculty of Dental Medicine;
  • July 28, 2017, at the Faculty of Medicine.

 

The admission contest for master studies is organized in a single session, namely September 28, 2017. At the proposal of the Faculty Council, the admission contest for master studies could be organized in the July 2017 session.

At the admission contest may participate citizens of the EU states, of the states belonging to the European Economic Area and the Swiss Confederation, in the same terms provided by law and the rules of admission at the University for Romanian citizens, including the contest fee and tuition. The recognition of the studies outside Romania will be done by the specialized departments of the Ministry of National Education (MNE) before the enrolling of the applicants for the contest. Each applicant has the obligation to submit the certificate of recognition of the studies. The applicants who obtained certificates of recognition of the studies in previous years can be enrolled based on them.

The foreign citizens from outside EU, EEA and SC can enroll at the admission contest at his/her own expense (tax in foreign currency). Each applicant has the obligation to submit the letter of acceptance to studies from MNE.

At the admission contest, foreign citizens are required to submit a certificate of proficiency for Romanian language, issued by the competent institutions of MNE or a certificate of graduation preparatory year for learning the Romanian language.

Foreign citizens take an exam for the verification of the knowledge of basic Romanian language, specific to the study programme of their choice, by charging a fee stipulated by the list of tuition fees approved by the University Senate. The rejected applicant may not participate in the admission contest. This exam does not replace the obligation to submit one of the certificates mentioned above.
