The Titu Maiorescu Conferences series – a project of the Faculty of Social Sciences, Political and Humanist Studies at Titu Maiorescu University of Bucharest – started on Thursday, April 25, 2013 at 14.00, with a prestigious guest and a theme of maximum interest. Professor Teodor Melescanu, Director of the Foreign Intelligence Service, lectured on Romania and the globalized world in front of a large audience, made up of academics, scientific researchers, education experts, students, students, media representatives. The Aula Magna of Titu Maiorescu University of Bucharest, the largest and most modern Academic Aula in Romania, proved almost overcrowded. The conference, supported at the highest academic level by the invited illustrator, raised the audience’s vivid attention and generated, in the second part, questions from the audience that gave rise to discussions and debates.
