Titu Maiorescu University extended a warm welcome to the delegation from Chulalongkorn University

We are honored to welcome a distinguished delegation from Chulalongkorn University, Thailand, for an official visit to the campus of Titu Maiorescu University.
The meeting was attended by representatives from Titu Maiorescu University: Professor Annamaria PANGICĂ, Phd (Dean of the Faculty of Dental Medicine); Professor Horia BARBU, PhD; Professor Iosif R. URS, PhD (President of TMU); and Lecturer Iulia BUZĂ, Phd. 
The delegation includes: Prof. Pornchai Jansisyanont, PhD (Dean, Faculty of Dentistry, Chulalongkorn University), Assoc. Prof. Kajorn Kungsadalpipob, PhD (Associate Dean for Student Affairs), and Dr. Oraphan Rungrojwittayakul, PhD (Assistant Dean for Budget and Finance).

At the meeting, the representatives from Titu Maiorescu University have presented the main academic and research directions in the field of Dental Medicine on the other hand, the delegation from Chulalongkorn University has presented the key pillars of activity .

The discussions focused on identifying common areas of academic cooperation and outlining a potential plan for collaboration.

It was agreed to initiate a partnership under the Erasmus+ Programme, Action 171, with a focus on mobility opportunities in medical sciences, particularly in dental medicine.

Following the meeting, the Thai delegation was given a tour of the UTM campus in Timpuri Noi, followed by a visit to the UTM headquarters in IOR.

This visit aims to strengthen academic collaboration, explore student exchange opportunities and develop future strategic partnerships between our institutions!
