On 1st June 2020, 11 am, in building “M”, room 209, 2nd floor, 187 Calea Vacaresti, District 4, Bucharest, the following doctoral thesis will be defended, in a public meeting, in order to obtain the scientific title of doctor in the field of LAW, paper with the title:“Civil liability for ecological damages” by doctor’s degree candidate Doniga Anisia Teodora (CV)

THE COUNCIL FOR DOCTORAL STUDIES (CSUD)

 

MEMORANDUM

for the attention of doctoral students who defended their doctoral thesis
in the period from 2016 to 2020

 

As per the address of the Ministry of National Education no. 84 / GP / 10th February 2020 and based on the provisions of article 169 paragraph (9) of the National Education Law no. 1/2011, with the subsequent modifications and completions, as well as based on the provisions of article 66 paragraph (4) of Government Decision no. 681/2011 regarding the approval of the Code of Practice for Doctoral Studies, with the subsequent modifications and completions, and of article 12 of Order no. 3482/2016 regarding the approval of the Regulation of the organization and functioning of the National Council for Attesting Titles, Diplomas and Certificates, the database in which all the doctoral theses defended a ‘viva voce’ since 2016 are to be made public.
Pursuant to article 6 paragraph (1) letter c) of the General Data Protection Regulation, data processing is performed with prior notice made to the data subjects and by offering the possibility to oppose the processing for justified reasons, according to the law, as well as observing the principles of processing, in particular the minimization of processed data.
In view of the above, we request the doctoral students, who have defended their doctoral thesis since 2016 to submit their eventual refusal and related motivation of the refusal at the CSUD headquarters until 23rd March 2020.
