Who can access the portal?
Any student accommodated in one of the UTM dormitories, starting from the 2024–2025 academic year.

How can you log in to the portal?
The login process is as follows:

  1. UTM students will log in using their Office 365 account provided by UTM, with the domain @s.utm.ro

  2. Non-UTM students will log in using the email address specified in their accommodation contract.
    If you do not know your portal login credentials, please contact the IT&C Department: email it@univ.utm.ro.

What does the portal offer?
After logging in, the portal provides the user with access to:

  • Profile – where the accommodated student can view and update their personal information;

  • Accommodation – where the student can view information about the dormitory, room number, and monthly fee;

  • Online payment of monthly fees and the security deposit.
