GUIDE FOR AUTHORS
Articles for the Titu Maiorescu University Law Review, are submitted in both Romanian and English and will comprise approximately 6-8 pages or between 4000 and 8000 words.
The required technical editing conditions are as follows :
Time New Roman, 12-point font, 1 line.
The articles will contain:
– abstract (summary);
– 4-5 keywords ;
JEL classification (if applicable)
– references indicated in footnotes ;
– conclusions;
– bibliography.
It is recommended that papers be prepared taking into account at least the following elements: a research hypothesis, literature review, methodology, results and conclusions. The number of bibliographical references should not be excessive.
The inclusion of tables, diagrams or sketches to support the argument is accepted only in absolutely necessary situations.
Contributions must have a level of quality that allows them to pass the scientific peer-review process.
There are no fees for processing articles or publishing them.
The editorial team reserves the right to edit articles, or even eliminate certain portions, while respecting the spirit of the original.
Providing an article for evaluation and publication in the of Titu Maiorescu University Law Review implies the author’s acceptance of the Journal’s copyright policy. The form can be downloaded from here
