“TITU MAIORESCU” UNIVERSITY LAW REVIEW represent a concrete expression of the academic community’s commitment within Titu Maiorescu University of Bucharest, Romania, to carrying out educational and professional activities in the field of law at the highest standards of quality. The journal aims to promote both theoretical and practical legal solutions that contribute to the improvement of the normative framework and its impact on the quality of the rule of law at national and international levels.
Titu Maiorescu University Law Review is published on an annual basis, with one issue released each calendar year.

The journal considers original research papers, case studies and theoretical contributions.
Manuscripts submitted to the journal must not be under consideration elsewhere and must not have been previously published in substantially similar form.
Authorship should be limited to individuals who have made a significant intellectual contribution to the submitted manuscript. Such contributions may include the conception or design of the study, data collection, analysis or interpretation of data, drafting the manuscript, or critically revising it for important intellectual content.
All listed authors must have reviewed and approved the final version of the manuscript and agreed to its submission for publication. Each author should be able to identify their specific contribution and share responsibility for the integrity and accuracy of the work.
The corresponding author is responsible for ensuring that all eligible contributors are included as authors, that no inappropriate authors are listed, and that all co-authors have given explicit consent to submission.
The order of authors should be determined jointly by all co-authors prior to submission. Any request to add, remove, or rearrange authors after submission must be justified in writing and approved by all authors and the editorial office.
The journal does not accept ghost authorship, guest authorship, or honorary authorship or any form of inappropriate attribution of authorship. All listed authors must have made a substantial scholarly contribution to the manuscript.

Ownership and Management
The Titu Maiorescu University Law Review is an academic journal owned by Titu Maiorescu University, Bucharest, Romania.
The journal is published by Hamangiu Publishing House under the auspices of the Faculty of Law of Titu Maiorescu University and is managed by the Editorial Board in cooperation with the journal’s Editorial Office.
The Editor-in-Chief is responsible for the academic and editorial direction of the journal, while the Editorial Office administers manuscript submissions, correspondence, production, and publication workflow.
All editorial decisions are made independently on the basis of scholarly merit, peer review reports, ethical standards, and the journal’s editorial policies.
The journal’s title, ownership, publishing arrangements, and institutional affiliation are presented transparently and do not mislead authors, reviewers, or readers regarding its governance, management, or academic status.
