Titu Maiorescu University of Bucharest is represented at the 36th EAIE Annual Conference and Exhibition in Glasgow through the Q-Helix European University Alliance.

Titu Maiorescu University of Bucharest is represented at the 36th EAIE Annual Conference and Exhibition (European Association for International Education), taking place from 8 to 11 September 2026 at the Scottish Event Campus in Glasgow, Scotland.

TMU’s presence at this event is made possible through its membership in the Q-Helix European University Alliance, which has its own stand at the exhibition, located next to the European Commission’s stand, a proximity that reflects the recognition the Alliance enjoys at European level. Awarded the European Commission’s Seal of Excellence, the Q-Helix Alliance connects 11 higher education institutions from 10 European countries.

TMU is represented by Ewelina Widerska, Coordinator of the Q-Helix Alliance, alongside the team assembled for EAIE. Throughout the conference, they welcome international education professionals interested in the collaboration, academic mobility and research opportunities offered by the Q-Helix Alliance.

The presence of TMU and Q-Helix in Glasgow comes shortly after the Q-Helix International Summer School, hosted and coordinated by TMU in Bucharest in August, and confirms the growing visibility of both TMU and the Alliance within the European higher education landscape.

EAIE once again confirmed its role as Europe’s leading platform for expertise, resources and networking in the internationalisation of higher education, bringing together thousands of professionals from universities, agencies and government institutions worldwide. Through its participation, our University continues its commitment to internationalisation, meaningful dialogue and the development of strong academic partnerships across the globe.
