PROCEDURE

FOR ORGANIZING AND CONDUCTING BACHELOR’S EXAMS/DISSERTATION FOR THE 2025-2026 ACADEMIC YEAR

 SEPTEMBER 2026 SESSION

 

Registration for the bachelor’s/dissertation exam

Registration is carried out between August 24 – 26, 2026. Only students who do not exceed the similarity percentages described in the Methodology for organizing and conducting final examinations  can register for the bachelor’s/dissertation exam.

Registration is carried out based on the following documents:

  1. application form (from the secretariat);
  2. high school diploma, original and copy (front and back)
  3. birth certificate, true copy;
  4. marriage certificate (if applicable), true copy;
  5. any other document attesting to the change of name (if applicable), true copy;
  6. copy of ID/passport;
  7. dissertation thesis, printed and on electronic media (memory stick), accompanied by the report of its scientific coordinator and the Similarity Report generated by the anti-plagiarism program following the verification of the thesis;
  8. candidate’s own declaration regarding the originality of the content of the dissertation thesis (from the secretariat);
  9. three color photographs, ¾ format;
  10. liquidation form (from the secretariat);
  11. information note and consent form for the processing of personal data (GDPR) (from the secretariat)
  12. proof of payment of the dissertation exam fee in the amount of 2500 lei;

If the documents mentioned in points 2 – 6 are in the graduate’s file, they are no longer submitted with the registration file.

 

Conducting the bachelor’s/dissertation exam
