THE INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE OF RIGHTS, EUROPEAN STUDIES AND INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS,

Titu Maiorescu University – Faculty of Law

Theme: “Legislative policy between European, national and international regulation. New perspectives of the law ”

Bucharest, May 24-25, 2013

THE CONFERENCE PROGRAM

With nearly a decade of experience in organizing the international conference “Education and Creativity for a Knowledge Based Society”, conducted in collaboration with the Academy of Scientists from Romania, the TITU MAIORESCU UNIVERSITY of Bucharest launches a new scientific challenge by organizing the International Conference on Law, European Studies and International Relations, on the topic “Legislative policy between European, national and international regulation. New perspectives of the law “.

The organization and conduct of the International Conference on Law, European Studies and International Relations-2013 is being carried out in partnership with the Romanian Association of Criminal Sciences, as partner for the Criminal Law Section, as well as with the Romanian Society of European Law as a partner For the “European and International Law” section.

The International Law Conference aims to bring together academics, researchers, academics, PhD students, students, and last but not least law practitioners, to bring together and share their experiences and research results To the most diverse aspects of reforming legislation in the spirit of new national, European and international currents, as well as to discuss the practical challenges encountered and the solutions adopted.

We have the sincere faith that this important scientific event will be one of the most prestigious events in the national legal calendar, with an international echo, offering an opportunity to discuss current issues that affect the legal community, aiming to highlight new solutions and interpretations. A special role will be given to new codifications, notably the New Civil Code, the New Civil Procedure Code, but also the perspective of the entry into force of the New Criminal Code and the New Criminal Procedure Code.

In a world where legal systems are increasingly interfering, the legal tradition requires perpetual upgrading to respond to diversity. The conference is based on the idea that LAW does not develop abstractly, but is modeled by society, economic-social reality, intellectual, cultural and linguistic backgrounds, but especially immediate needs and the printing of appropriate solutions.

We invite you to be an open window of new interpretations.

The conference will be held in Bucharest, at the Faculty of Law, Titu Maiorescu University, 187 Calea Vacaresti, sector 4.
