On-site Presentation

On-site Participants (attending authors) conference fee includes:

 The Co​nference fee includes:

  • Access to all conference sessions on site location in Bucharest;
  • Paper publication in IEEE Xplore;
  • Conference bag (conference programme, participation certificate, proceeding on memory stick);
  • Two lunches;
  • Coffee breaks;
  • Festive dinner.
Additional Papers (online/onsite)

Accompanying Person Fee (on-site)		 150 EUR / 750 RON
Accompanying person fee includes: attendance, coffee breaks, gala dinner, meals.
 Listner (online/onsite) 50 EUR / 250 RON
 Presenter (without publication) 150 EUR / 750 RON (online). The co​nference fee includes: access to all conference sessions on Zoom platform, inclusion of virtual presentation in the conference virtual section on the website, participation certificates .
 250 euro /  1250 RON (onsite). The co​nference fee includes: access to all conference sessions onsite location in Bucharest, conference bag, participation certificates, coffee breaks, gala dinner, meals.

Important: To be published in the EHB 2023 Conference Proceedings and indexed in IEEE Xplore® and ISI-Proceedings data bases. Registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE formatted, publication-ready version of the paper.
For participants with multiple accepted papers as first author, one full registration is valid for only one paper. Additional papers will be charged with 200 euro/each for both online or on-site presentation.

  • For Regular fee: the additional papers will be charged with 200 EUR/each only if the first author from first paper is first or co-author on the second/additional papers.
  • For student Fee: the additional papers will be charged with 200 EUR/each only if the first author-student from the first paper is first or co-author on the second/additional papers and these papers are as first author also a student.
  • All the bank commissions belong to authors.
  • Paper with 4 pages. Each additional page will be charged with 50 euros/page.
